RECIPE: apple cheese muffins

I really like this recipe, cause I need to lose some weight, and there is no flour in these muffins ♥

YOU NEED:
  • 200grams of Cottage cheese
  • 2 apples
  • 4 whites
  • 2 yolks
  • sugar
HOW TO DO:
  • peel and grate tha apples
  • mix everything in a bowl
  • put into the form for muffins
  • put pinch of sungar on every muffin
  • bake 30 minutes - 180°


 Tento recept mám veľmi rada, pretože potrebujem trochu schudnúť, a v muffinoch nie je žiadna múka ♥

POTREBUJEŠ:
  • 200 gramov 
  • 2 jablká 
  • 4 bielky
  • 2 žĺtky
  • cukor
AKO NA TO:
  • ošúp a postrúhaj jablká
  • všetko zmiešaj v miske
  • daj do košíkov na muffiny
  • na každý muffin daj štipku cukru
  • peč 30 minút pri 180°
